ALPHAGEN – Single Tray Trolley
The Alphagen is designed to incorporate the Burlodge unique
and patented system, which allows certain foods on the tray to
be rethermalized, while keeping other foods on the tray refrigerated.
During the rethermalization process, the cold items on the tray
remain refrigerated, thanks to the unique Vary-Tray meal trays.
Minimal heat transfer between the hot and cold sections of tray,
means that all meals are served in accordance with the most stringent
health, safety and hygienic procedures and delivered to patients,
perfectly prepared.
This innovative approach to tray rethermalization has been developed
with the application of more than a decade of proven technology
and experience.
There are four standard Alphagen models, which include
20,24,26 and 30 meal tray capacities. The electronic control panel
consists of a time and temperature display indicating hot and
cold temperatures and three rethermalization cycles which can
easily be programmed for either conventional hot tray line assembly
or cook-chill applications.
